At Watch Gabru, we strive to deliver premium-quality watches and a smooth shopping experience. In rare cases where an issue arises with your order, our return and exchange policies below will guide you through the process.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only under the following strict conditions:
1. Mandatory Unboxing Video
A complete and continuous unboxing video is required for any return request. The video must clearly show:
- The external condition of the parcel upon arrival
- The complete unboxing process
- The watch and any defects (if present)
Important:
Return claims without valid video proof will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Defect Verification
Return requests for defective items will be processed only after we verify the issue through the unboxing video provided.
3. No Exceptions
We do not accept return claims based on verbal complaints from relatives, friends, or regular customers unless supported by required video documentation.
4. Customer Cooperation
We request customers to take 2–3 minutes to record the unboxing. This ensures a transparent process and quicker resolution.
Return Policy (For All Eligible Products)
- Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
- Notification: You must submit a real unboxing video and notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Return Shipping Costs: Return courier charges must be borne by the customer.
- Pickup Facility: Doorstep pickup is available for ₹150.
- Refund Timeline: Once we receive the returned item and verify it, the refund will be initiated within 24 hours.
Exchange Policy (For Defective Products)
- Condition: The returned item must be in resalable condition.
- Notification: A proper unboxing video is mandatory, and the request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- Shipping Charges:
- If you opted for shipping insurance at the time of purchase, we will cover both-way shipping charges.
- If not, the customer is responsible for applicable charges.
- Pickup Timeline: Doorstep pickup is available and may take up to 48 hours.
- Processing Time: Once we receive the product, the replacement will be processed within 24 hours.
